Refund policy

We prioritise your satisfaction as a valued customer. If the item you ordered isn’t quite what you expected, we are happy to assist you with a return. Should you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order, please follow the steps below:

1. Initiate a Return

Contact us at addonesportsau@gmail.com to begin the return process.
Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item you wish to return

  • The reason for return

A return request must be approved before sending any item back.

2. Return by Mail

Once your return request is accepted, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label (if applicable)

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Please include inside the parcel:

  • A note with your name, phone number, and email

  • A copy of your receipt

  • The reason for your return

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Return Assessment

When we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions:

  • Item must be unused and unworn

  • All tags, stickers, and accessories must be intact

  • Must be in its original packaging

  • Must include the receipt or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

4. Refund Method

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued in the form of STORE CREDITS equivalent to the purchase value of the returned item.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Store credits do not expire

  • They can be used on any product in-store or online

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

🟧 Damages & Faulty Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If an item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

Contact us immediately with photos/videos so we can review the issue and provide a replacement, repair, or other appropriate solution.


🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Custom-strung racquets (any racquet with string installation)

  • Shuttlecocks once opened

  • Grip accessories once opened
